It was good overall, though I did have to make a few small tweaks to get it just right. Nothing major, honestly, once I adjusted it a bit, it worked out fine.

I installed the T-Rex Racing parts on my bike, and I wasn’t expecting it to sit this low afterward. It took more effort than I wanted to get everything on, which made it even more frustrating when I realized the ground clearance was noticeably worse.

Now I’m scraping on stuff that never used to be an issue, so the bike just feels less practical for my setup. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I really wish the clearance change had been made more obvious before buying.

I hate giving 1 star, but the packaging was awful. The box arrived all banged up, and the parts inside were barely protected at all. A couple of the edges were scraped, and the whole thing just gave me that bad feeling like I’d been fooled into paying for something that wasn’t handled with any care. For the price, I really expected better than loose pieces rattling around in a beat-up box.

I tipped the bike over at low speed and the slider bent almost immediately. Somehow I still ended up with scratches on the fairing and the case, which just felt really frustrating. For what it costs, I expected a lot better. Definitely left me with a bad feeling about it.

I ordered a part for my bike, and of course the one that showed up wasn’t the one I picked. I already had a feeling ordering parts online might turn into a hassle, and this pretty much confirmed it. I even went back and double checked the order page because I thought maybe I clicked the wrong thing, but nope, it just wasn’t right. Super annoying because I was ready to install it, and now I’m stuck dealing with a return instead.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering these crash bars: the bars themselves looked fine, but my hardware bag was missing a couple spacers and a bolt. I didn't realize until I was halfway into the install, so I had to stop everything and run around locally trying to find parts that should’ve been in the kit. Support did eventually reply, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Not a total disaster, but definitely frustrating when you pay for a complete kit and can’t finish the install right out of the box.

In the end, I just didn’t feel like it was worth keeping. It felt way too heavy and bulky for my needs, and using it became more of a hassle than a help.

The exchange took way longer than it should have, and getting a reply felt like pulling teeth. I get that things can get busy, but leaving customers waiting without proper updates just isn’t right. It made the whole experience feel careless and frustrating

I bought this accessory because it was listed as compatible with my bike, but once I tried putting it on, nothing lined up the way it should. I was hoping to find parts for my bike, but the model coverage ended up being limited. They do have some of the popular bikes listed, but mine wasn’t there, and I noticed a few other common ones missing too. After spending time searching around, it was frustrating. The site itself seems fine, but if your motorcycle isn’t supported, it’s not very useful. It also made me trust the selection a bit less since I expected better coverage.

It fits fine, so no issue there. I guess I was just expecting the finish to look a bit different? The color was kinda off compared to what I had in mind, but otherwise it works.

Not unusable or anything. Definitely not junk. Just expected it to last a bit longer for the price. Shipping was fine, no complaints there.

I also tried emailing for an update, but the replies felt like they were coming from a robot just copying and pasting the same generic answer. If you need something quickly, I’d definitely think twice before ordering
